We will come together to slow down from our daily lives and create space to connect and heal collectively. This is part of our holistic life coaching Orlando programs that bridge mind and body, helping you reset and recharge.
Breathwork is a bridge between the mind and body. We can use the breath to alter our state of consciousness, help regulate our stress response (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn), release stagnant energy in the body, and heal past trauma.
Seats are limited to 20, as our beautiful space is intimate — please register to reserve your seat.
We have 2 scholarships available for every offering, for anyone with mitigating circumstances who cannot afford the costs. Email kendra@stellarlifecoaching.com to request your scholarship, available first come, first served.
